Roll Around Jig -Unpainted

For the last year, Deeks Jigs has worked with David Valdivia on creating a Socal version of the popular and proven technique that the guys have used for many years. Our goal was to have a hook that would not bend out on a 5-pounder at the boat, and a balanced jig where a perfect horizontal presentation and a rolling action can be achieved in one head. Deeks Jigs feels they have created such a jig, although bait selection is key to action in the head. Floating-style baits are best for this head and presentation, while salted baits still work.
